Getting around early this Monday is proving difficult for Granada drivers. To the usual early morning traffic jams on provincial roads we must add the truck fire that maintains chopped up from the first hour of the day lane of the highway A-92 at the height of Atarfe.
According to the information published by the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) on its website, the fire of this heavy vehicle was recorded around 05:45 hours at kilometer 238 of the A-92, and affects the right lane in the direction Almeria.
Both the DGT and the unified Emergency Service 112 Andalucía recommend that drivers follow the instructions of the deployed operations in the area and drive with caution.
For now the causes are unknown which caused the truck to catch fire, although luckily there is no need to regret personal injuries after this event.
