sausage – 3 pcs. /ham or onion /
tomato juice – 500 ml
peppers – 10 pcs. roasted reds
cheese – 250 g
yellow cottage cheese – 250 g

eggs – 5 pcs.
oil – 50 g
garlic – 2 – 3 cloves
spices – salt, black and red pepper, savory
olive oil – 3 – 4 tbsp.

Method of preparation
First, cut the mushrooms into slices and sauté them in the cow’s butter and a little olive oil, together with the garlic. Then drizzle olive oil on the bottom of each casserole dish and spread around the sides of the casserole dishes.
Cut the sausage into rings, the roasted peppers into pieces, crumble the cheese, and grate the cheese.
Distribute the tomato juice in each greased casserole, pour 1 tbsp. Lutenitsa, add the sausage, roasted peppers, crumbled cheese and cottage cheese, stewed mushrooms and cheese on top.
Sprinkle with salt, black and red pepper and savory.
Put the casseroles in a cold oven and bake at maximum temperature for 30 minutes, take out, break one egg into each casserole, reduce the oven and bake the casseroles until the eggs are covered.
