Budapest Festival Orchestra and master pianist Francesco Piemontesi will give a concert at the Atatürk Cultural Center Türk Telekom Opera Hall on June 3, within the scope of the “Istanbul Music Festival”.
The orchestra, under the direction of Ivan Fischer, performed Johannes Brahms’ “Hungarian Dance No. 10 in F Major”, “Piano Concerto No. 2 in B flat Major, op. 83”, “Hungarian Dance No. 7 in F Major” and “Symphony No. 2, D Major, op. 73”.
Organized by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) and hosting distinguished orchestras and talented soloists from around the world, the Istanbul Music Festival will meet music lovers on May 21-June 12.
