Emily Bett Rickards was born on the 24th of July 1991, in British Columbia, Canada. While little is known about her father, Emily’s mother Dr. Diane Greig works as a dream psychotherapist in Vancouver. Interested in acting from a young age, Emily began musical theatre and dance. In an interview, Emily revealed that her family encouraged her creative talents from a young age and how much she loved theatre.
