Accoridng to this TikTok video posted by user @laurenisgossip, a fan is claiming that Rodrigo and her team stole her supposed t-shirt design and is seeking credit.

As noted in the video, a TikToker took to the platform in a now-deleted video alleging that she went to a Rodrigo concert with her family on March 13. She made her dad a shirt with the phrase “Dad Idea Right” and is now alleging that Rodrigo put the design on her merch website.
Although the TikToker who posted the video had people supporting her claims, Rodrigo’s fanbase allegedly “clapped back” and claimed that the design of the t-shirt had been out since 2023. Rodrigo fans also allege that this phrase has been an inside joke with the fanbase for a while.
