The jubilee 10th year of the Kaplicky Internship competition, which is intended for students and recent graduates of architectural fields of Czech universities, this year prepared for the winner a three-month paid internship in the prestigious New York studio Studio Libeskind.

This year’s winner will receive a three-month paid internship at the prestigious New York studio Studio Libeskind. Polish-American architect Daniel Libeskind he became famous, among other things, for the design of the Jewish Museum in Berlin or the buildings that replaced the World Trade Center in lower Manhattan.

As a designer, he participated in the biggest projects of Studio Libeskind, including the Albert Einstein Museum in Jerusalem, the unconventional complex of six wavy high-rise Reflections in Singapore, or the giant Memory Foundations project, in which the Ground Zero area was given a new look at the site of the former “twins” in New York.
