In Aurora, Colorado, there was a mall shooting reported. The police are investigating while they are there. According to the Aurora Police Department, 1 person was shot and killed on Saturday night.
There was one hospital admission.
According to the Aurora PD “We are responding to an officer-involved shooting in the 1400 block of Clinton Street. No officers are injured. One male has been taken to the hospital. PIOs are responding to the scene. This is preliminary information. We will provide an update when more information is available.”
The shooting, according to the Aurora Police Department, took place in the 1400 block of Clinton Street.
Interim Chief of Police Heather Morris confirmed that an Aurora police officer had shot and killed a suspect during a press conference on Saturday night.
Anyone with information is asked to come forward by Aurora Police.
