It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suzanne Monique Bilodeau on April 14, 2024.
She was the daughter of the late Cécile Gélinas and the late Donatien Laviolette. Predeceased by her older sister Andrée Logan, she leaves to mourn her husband Ronald Bilodeau, her children, Annick Bilodeau, Catherine Amiot, Valérie Bilodeau (Peter Kadar), Alexandre Bilodeau (Laura Giannantonio) as well as 6 grandchildren Frédérique Lalonde ( Greg Boychuk), Virginie Lalonde, Justin Lalonde, Olivier Amiot, Zachary Amiot, William Amiot, his sister Lise Laviolette, his brother-in-law Marc Vézina, his nieces Caroline Vézina and Maxine Vézina and since April 12, his great-niece Stella née of Caroline and Vincent Cutillas her spouse. She also leaves cousins and many friends.
Suzanne, a registered nurse from Hôtel-Dieu de Montréal, had a career at Montfort Hospital from 1968 to 1995. Her priority in life was her family, her children and later her grandchildren who brought her limitless joy. and for whom she devoted herself without reservation. Her love of travel, cruises in particular, with family were a source of great happiness for her.
More recently, although the illness has affected his quality of life, nothing has changed his love and devotion to his family.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 11 at 3 p.m.

The burial, held in the privacy of the family, will precede the meeting.
Donations can be made to the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa or the Ottawa General Hospital, whose medical staff provided him with excellent care.
