The announcement was made public when Sarah, a friend, shared her eulogy on Facebook to express her feelings to everyone upon discovering Sarah Howell had passed away.

Sarah’s warmth and kindness impacted many people’s lives, from her coworkers to children. Her influence will live on in the memories of those who had the chance to interact with her.
“Your spirit lives on in our hearts until we meet again. Your life and it’s so quick and took all of our hearts with you. Love you sis. She was the incident woman killed in Kirkwood Saturday night.” Jannelly Villegas said on Facebook.
Many people have been shocked and saddened by the news of Sarah’s passing, as the young person was only starting the next phase of their life.
She will be terribly missed. Since Sarah gave her community so much of herself, everyone is dealing with a terrible loss that no family should ever have to go through.
I will be praying for the entire Howell family in the days, weeks, and years to come. Sarah will always be in my thoughts.
