To do this, lay out a paper towel. Put greens bought or collected in the garden on it, and then lightly sprinkle with cool water.

Next, you need to wrap the greens in a towel. Twist it tightly enough, and then put it in the refrigerator.

As a result, the product is stored in this form for up to 7 days without taste. And the greenery will look like it was just brought from the garden.

The optimum storage temperature is not higher than +4 °C. Modern refrigerators have a special compartment for greens. If it is not there, then you can simply put it on the bottom shelf.
