The General Political Commissioner, the official spokesman for the security establishment, Major General Talal Dweikat, said that the security services in the Hebron Governorate arrested some of those involved in the attack on its members, and that work is underway to pursue others, arrest them, and transfer them to the competent authorities, to take legal action against them.
Major General Dwikat added in a statement to the official Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), that the exploitation of the situation caused by the Israeli occupation due to its measures by some outlaws to carry out acts that violate the law and internal security will not pass without accountability.
He stressed that the security establishment is following with great interest what happened yesterday in the Hebron Governorate, of the attack by outlaws on some Palestinian security personnel, which constitutes a state of chaos, which will have serious repercussions on the life of every Palestinian citizen, which we will not allow.
Major General Dweikat stressed that the hand of the law is supreme, and that Palestinian security will pursue all outlaws who carry out the orders of their masters to create a repulsive situation and environment, in light of the crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces against our people.
He stressed that the hand that extends to the Palestinian security men or any citizen will be cut off by the sword of the law, and that the security men guarding the threshing floor devote their efforts and time to ensuring the comfort of the citizens in light of dangerous and extremely complex situations, and that their back will not be exposed, but behind them are all the sincere and loyal members of our struggling people. .
