Gaza teacher turns tent into makeshift school for displaced children – Middle East Monitor

Palestinian teacher Mohammed Al-Khoudary turned a tent in southern Gaza into a makeshift school for displaced children, teaching them Arabic language lessons. The academic year in Gaza was cancelled since the outbreak of Israel’s full-scale war on the besieged territory, with numerous schools and educational institutions subjected to Israeli bombing and completely destroyed. Some 1.7 million Palestinians have been displaced in Gaza since the war started.
