Paxinosa Elementary School will host a Multi-Agency Resource Center this weekend for those affected by the West Ward Memorial Day fire.
The City of Easton is setting up the MARC at Paxinosa’s cafeteria, and it’ll open from noon to 8 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, according to a news release from the Easton Fire Department. Those affected by the blaze are encouraged to visit the center over the weekend.
Paxinosa Elementary is located at 1221 Northampton St. Visitors should enter from the school’s main entrance on Northampton. Street parking is available.
The fire, which struck on Memorial Day, grew to a massive blaze that hit 15 homes on the 900 block of Ferry Street, displacing 44 people.
