New Crumbl Cookies store set to open on Friday in Waltham

U.S. NEWS

Crumbl Cookies continues to expand nationwide and in Massachusetts with its newest store in the state set to open in Waltham on Friday.

The locally owned and operated cookie shop will open its doors to the public at 1077 Lexington St. — close to the town line with Lexington — according to Crumbl Cookies in a news release.

Crumbl Cookies said store owners Brooklyn and Bryson Gilbert and Bethany and Jordan Woodhouse “can’t wait to serve delicious treats” to customers in “perfectly postable” pink boxes.

Bryson Gilbert and Jordan Woodhouse have been friends since high school, according to Crumbl, and their wives Brooklyn and Bethany have also become friends.

The Gilberts and the Woodhouses have spent months of planning “perfecting” the new Waltham store ahead of its opening, the company added.

“As local business owners, we are so excited to be part of the amazing community and are looking forward to sharing delicious cookies with our neighbors,” Bryson Gilbert and Jordan Woodhouse said in a statement.

The new store is set to provide 65 jobs to area residents, according to Crumbl, and it will be open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The store will not be open on Sundays.

At its grand opening, the Waltham store will feature six of Crumbl’s more than 275 rotating cookie flavors, including its milk chocolate chip cookie.
