O’Donnell discovered the vehicle was severely damaged, and the driver, along with two passengers, who needed help.

“I grabbed the baby and did what I could do,” O’Donnell said. “[I] held on to that sweet boy until the paramedics took him from me.”

O’Donnell said she’s still shaken by the experience.

“It’s tough for me because I tried but there wasn’t much anyone could do,” O’Donnell said. “And that’s hard.”
