Ingredients:
- fresh firm tomatoes;
- lettuce leaves;
- mayonnaise;
- garlic;
- hard cheese.
Cooking method:
Place washed lettuce or arugula leaves on a plate or large dish. Cut the tomatoes into thick rings and place on top of the salad. Lubricate each tomato circle with mayonnaise mixed with garlic passed through a press, and sprinkle generously with finely grated cheese on top.
