The head of recruiting of the 47th OMB, Vyacheslav “List,” explained that the activities of one attack aircraft are supported by six military personnel of other specialties.
The head of recruitment of the 47th separate mechanized brigade, Vyacheslav Arkush, spoke about the process of selecting candidates in his brigade. He noted that proper communication is extremely important when interviewing potential candidates. The military man spoke about this in an interview with Espreso.Zakhid.
To conduct an interview with potential candidates for joining the 47th OMB, the military man came to Lvov. At the same time, Arkoosh noted that a recruiting center could begin operating in the city.
According to Arkush, in the process of selecting candidates, it is extremely important to correctly explain to civilians what the army is, as well as what its needs and capabilities are. He told who exactly they are currently looking for in the 47th OMB to replenish their ranks.
“In our case, recruiting consists of the fact that, first of all, we are looking for our target audience. We are looking for a person who fits our criteria, we evaluate his requirements for us, his desire. Having agreed on such things with the commander of the unit the candidate wants to join, We provide support for the candidate to the TCC, VLK, training center, etc. We personally pick up the person from the training center,” said the head of recruiting.

At the same time, List noted that in order to carry out effective combat work, each attack aircraft requires at least six people who are involved in its support, which is why the brigade has great needs for personnel.
“To be frank, our priority is the infantry. Because we are a mechanized brigade and our first task was planned assaults. However, it should be understood that we have a very large organism, like a small country within our state,” the military man noted.
On March 18, it became known about the recruitment process in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, recruitment into combat units is carried out in administrative service centers and recruiting centers of individual units.
