The Ukrainian Sea Baby surface drone is best suited to strike the Crimean Bridge, the expert noted.
In order to destroy the Crimean Bridge built by the Russian invaders, tens of tons of explosives are needed, and perhaps even hundreds.
This opinion was shared by reserve captain of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrey Ryzhenko on the Espresso channel. According to him, the Ukrainian Sea Baby surface drone, which can carry more than a ton of explosives, is best suited for attacking an enemy bridge. The captain added that the Crimean Bridge could be damaged by Western ATACMS and Storm Shadow missiles, but it all depends on where exactly they hit.
“…To completely destroy this bridge you need a lot of explosives. In my opinion, these are tens of tons of explosives. Perhaps even hundreds of tons. Because this bridge is a very powerful structure,” the interlocutor emphasized.

The Ukrainian side stated that it intended to eliminate the Crimean Bridge. Explosions have been heard more than once at this enemy structure; the opponents had to block traffic and carry out repair work.
Reserve Colonel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Petr Chernik said in mid-April that in order to eliminate this bridge it is necessary to launch a combined strike – using various drones, as well as Storm Shadow and ATACMS missiles.
In early May, The Independent, citing Maxar satellite images and the conclusions of analysts from the largest private intelligence agency Molfar, wrote that the occupiers are no longer using the Crimean Bridge to supply troops on the mainland of the Ukrainian state.
