Drones Morok – SBU is preparing a special operation with new Ukrainian drones

War in Ukraine news

Ukrainian aircraft-type drones called Morok can fly behind enemy lines at a distance of up to 800 kilometers.

Special forces of the Security Service of Ukraine are preparing a special operation using long-range drones “Morok”. A message about this appeared on the official Telegram channel of the department on Friday, September 8.

“This will be another response to the enemy. With the help of these drones, fighters from the Special Operations Center “A” of the SBU, in particular from the “White Wolf” unit, will “hurt” the invaders so that they quickly leave our land,” said the head of the unit, Oleg Yemets.

It is known that the department plans to purchase 33 Ukrainian long-range drones. This will require 60 million UAH. Morok drones are durable and can penetrate behind enemy lines at a distance of up to 800 kilometers.

The Ukrainian Security Service also showed photographs of drones that it plans to use in the upcoming special operation. In them, the equipment is in a darkened room, but you can see that the “Morok” is most likely an aircraft-type drone with a streamlined body.

Let us recall that at the end of August the media wrote that the attack on the Soltsy airbase (Russian Federation) could have been carried out by the Ukrainian drone Morok. According to journalists, the capabilities of the Russian Federation in the field of air defense and electronic warfare force Ukrainian intelligence to carefully plan every UAV attack. We have already managed to develop algorithms that work.

In addition, sources who are close to the development of “Moroka” say that they were used during attacks on Crimea. After a series of tests, the developers plan to intensify mass production. But in Ukraine there are several problems: resources for expanding production, the lack of a unified purchasing structure, bureaucracy and the acquisition of parts.
