Military expert Alexander Musienko commented on the telethon on Lukashenko’s statements about the start of nuclear tests in Belarus.

They write that NATO countries are considering options for striking the territory of Belarus, and this is a signal for Lukashenko that any provocations will have serious consequences,” Musienko explained.
He also noted that Russia regularly starts talking about nuclear danger when it has problems on the battlefield.
“When this starts, it is a demonstration of Russia’s powerlessness on the battlefield. After all, the Russian Federation is trying to achieve military demonstrations. But they did not take into account that Europe would be so actively involved in helping Ukraine and that the United States would vote for an aid package. And their positions no longer look so confident even though they are intensifying offensive actions,” Musienko said.
He also added that due to the difficult situation at the front, the Russian Federation is forced to resort to psychological destabilization both in Ukraine and in the West.
“If Russia were convinced that they could achieve victory through military means, it would not have resorted to other instruments. There is now a whole campaign going on to destabilize Ukraine and Europe. This includes the assassination attempt on Zelensky and destabilization in Europe. Nuclear exercises between the Russian Federation and Belarus: what is known
The day before, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the Russian military would conduct exercises during which they would practice the use of non-strategic nuclear weapons.
