Anna Salivanchuk explained that she does not allow her to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Popular Ukrainian actress Anna Salivanchuk admitted that she has a desire to join the army. However, she cannot do this because of her two minor sons.
The actress openly said that after the start of a full-scale invasion, she often thinks about joining the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Anna Salivanchuk stated that she feels ready to defend the state at the front. The star sees himself in the ranks of combat medics:
This thought still does not leave me. I would definitely go if I weren’t a mom. I can be a normal doctor.
However, there is something that stops Anna from doing this. We are talking about the two minor sons of the actress – 8-year-old Gleb and 3-year-old Nikita. Salivanchuk says she wants boys to follow her example. However, she cannot yet afford to leave them and go to the front, because children come first for her.
The actress also admitted that she has long dreamed of one role. In particular, Anna would like to play a military wife in a movie.
“I would really like to play a military woman. A war film after the war,” Salivanchuk shared.
