The conscript was sent to a military unit twice, but local leaders rejected him for health reasons. At the same time, the medical commission recognized the resident of the Vinnytsia region as fit for service.

In Ukraine, a man was convicted of evading mobilization; he was twice rejected from a military unit. This is known from the verdict of the Bershad district court of Vinnytsia region.

A native of the village of Florino, on March 1, 2023, the Military Military Commission declared him fit for service. On March 26, he received a “combat summons” to sign, but ignored it without good reason.

At the trial, the Ukrainian partially admitted his guilt and said that in total he was summoned to the TCC three times. Having received the summons, the man underwent a medical examination and was found fit. He was sent to a military unit twice, but was returned from there “for health reasons.”

The draft dodger confirmed that in March he once again received a “combat summons”, but did not go to the military registration and enlistment office. He explained that he was ill and was “healing at home on his own.” In addition, the man now has a deferment from conscription to care for his grandmother.

The head of the mobilization work accounting department of the TCC confirmed that the conscript should have been sent to serve for the third time, because the previous times he was “returned by the leaders of military units.” To find out the reason for the Ukrainian’s absence, the leader personally came to his home. However, according to a military registration and enlistment office employee, the man “escaped from him through his household.”

The court confirmed that the draft dodger has been caring for an elderly person since November 2023. He was found guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, released from serving his sentence on probation for three years.

Let us remind you that in Ukraine they punished a woman who married her friend’s son so that he could go abroad.

In the Zhytomyr region, a woman was convicted for biting her own 6-month-old daughter. The mother explained that she wanted to calm the child down because he was crying a lot.
