The new mobilization law does not contain provisions for serving electronic subpoenas on men. In particular, calls about the TCC will be sent by mail or in person, said Irina Friz, a member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence.

She noted that there are three ways to update military registration data.
“You can update your military registration data through the CNAP, where you will also not be served with a summons,” said Irina Friz.
According to him, it is also possible to update the data through the electronic account of the person liable for military service when it starts working, and directly through an appeal to the TCC and SP.
Frieze also noted that men will not be served with summonses through an electronic account.
“I want to emphasize that the issue of electronic subpoenas has been removed from the law; accordingly, there are none; no one will send electronic subpoenas to this electronic office,” she explained.
Irina Friz added that the issue of subpoenas is regulated in other provisions of the law and provides for physical delivery or sending by mail.

Let us recall that on April 14, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Alexander Kornienko said that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky would sign the law on mobilization after the OP checks the document for compliance with the provisions of the Constitution. According to him, now there are no resolutions in the Rada that would lead to blocking the signing of the adopted changes.
On April 13, Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Gavrilyuk said that Ukraine has digitized data on men of military age in all regions. He noted that transparency is an important factor during mobilization.
