According to the Speaker of the Armed Forces Ilya Yevlash, the Russians will understand that Ukraine is rearming and changing its aviation fleet, approaching NATO standards.

Of course, this will give them such a note of uncertainty and nervousness,” Yevlash said.

According to the Air Force representative, Ukraine already has unique combat experience during training on F-16 fighters, which is being studied by Western partners. Also, Russians will understand that the Ukrainian army is rearming, changing its aviation fleet, moving closer to NATO standards.

“All this together will raise the morale of Ukrainians and give confidence in victory,” noted Ilya Yevlash.
