“They will even psychologically understand that they have to deal with a NATO model, a powerful, jet aircraft, they may not know what type of missile with an active homing head is there, for example, what the engagement distance is. Of course, this will give them such a note of uncertainty and nervousness,” Yevlash said.
According to the Air Force representative, Ukraine already has unique combat experience during training on F-16 fighters, which is being studied by Western partners. Also, Russians will understand that the Ukrainian army is rearming, changing its aviation fleet, moving closer to NATO standards.

“All this together will raise the morale of Ukrainians and give confidence in victory,” noted Ilya Yevlash.
