Former US President and current contender for the top post in the White House, Donald Trump, has developed a detailed plan for a peaceful end to the war in Ukraine, but it will not be disclosed until after the election. This was reported by The Telergaph, citing a source close to Trump.
“There’s a plan, but he’s not going to discuss it with the cable news networks because then you lose all leverage,” the source said.
At the same time, the publication’s interlocutor noted that Trump will focus on the simple message that he will end the war, trying to attract American voters who hope for peace.
“He wants to stop the killing. This is a bumper sticker: Trump will stop the killing,” the speaker shared.
The publication recalls that Trump recently said that his message to NATO allies was: “If you are not going to pay, then pay yourself,” and added that Europe “took advantage of us both in relation to NATO and in relation to Ukraine.”
