An outraged minister

The Minister of Education has already commented on the news about bomb threats.

“It’s depraved to report a bomb on schools, even if it’s from a recession. I hope the police will find the perpetrator,” wrote Tomáš Drucker on the social network.

Other regions

“The police officers are checking reports of a bomb threat that was reported to several schools in the Banskobystrica region. The police are doing everything for the safety of the children,” explained the spokeswoman of the Banská Bystrica regional police, Mária Faltániová.

The Košice Region Police will not publish details of the security measures implemented or the exact addresses of the schools. “The police are checking the notifications received, as part of the security measures taken, the affected schools will be evacuated, therefore we ask the public to respect the instructions of the members of the Police Force,” Košice regional police spokeswoman Lenka Ivanová told TASR. He also asks the public not to panic. According to her, the police will do their best for the safety of the children.

“If the events were reported at the school that your child attends and the school informed you about it, follow their instructions or, if possible, take the child as soon as possible so that the necessary actions can be continued by the Police,” recommended Ivanova.
