It can manifest itself through water rationing, drilling new wells or importing bottled water from Russia. Sergey Aksyonov himself, the head of the occupation administration in Crimea, was to announce his involvement in helping the affected residents. There are plans to install pumps on the Dnieper River to supply water to the North Crimean Canal.
