HIT FROM BEHIND
The accident occurred at night on the Tırhan-Yeşilgölcük highway connected to the city center. The car with plate number 51 ACK 726, driven by Emrah Akbaba, hit the car with plate number 38 ACA 757, driven by Muhammet D. (31), driving in front of it. Upon the notice of the surrounding people, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident.
FATHER LOST HIS LIFE
Upon inspection by the medical teams who arrived at the scene of the accident, it was determined that one of the drivers, Emrah Akbaba, was injured, and his father Halil Akbaba, who was in the car, died. While Muhammet D., the driver of the other car, survived the accident without any injuries, Emrah Akbaba was taken to the hospital by medical teams. Halil Akbaba’s lifeless body was taken to the morgue after the gendarmerie’s examination at the scene of the accident.
The investigation launched into the accident is being carried out by the gendarmerie.
