Game of Thrones: “Kiwan Lannister” died – He was battling cancer
Actor Ian Gelder, who played Kivan Lannister in the TV series, has died at the age of 74. Game of Thrones.
The news was announced by his husband, Ben Daniels, Gelder, who was diagnosed with gallbladder cancer last December, died early Monday.
In his post, Daniels described the actor as “the kindest, most generous and most loving human being.”
Gelder had played Kivan Lannister in the first season of Game of Thrones in 2011, the younger brother of Tywin Lannister.
