In addition, the aforementioned media details that players will be able to choose between playing as Haaland’s character to face other clans or try to defeat the town defended by the Norwegian striker.
FROM THE COURT TO A VIDEO GAME
The surprise announcement was made with the publication of a video on the official social networks of Clash of Clans, where Haaland interacts with the characters of the video game, transporting himself to the fantasy world converted into the “Barbarian King.”
As detailed by the company Supercell, developer of the video game, on its official website, the soccer player is a fan of the game, a link that adds a special touch to the collaboration.
“I think I was about 10 when I discovered Clash. My friends and I started playing; “We have a lot of fun together,” are the words quoted by the Finnish company on its website.
As explained by the Finnish company in a statement, cited by Forbes, this collaboration was possible thanks to Haaland’s love for the video game.
