Heraklion: 51-year-old man arrested for raping minors – What the authorities found during his arrest
In the arrest of a 51-year-old man the police authorities proceeded to Heraklionfollowing a search of his home, where they found a memory card containing child pornography and lewd acts against a minor were depicted.
What did the authorities find?
A total of three children, who were minors at the time, are allegedly involved in the material identified and related to a period of time from 2006 to 2019. A 20-year-old boy today, whom information reports that he had baptized him, and two additional girls who are now 24 and 17 years old.
The 51-year-old has been prosecuted for indecent abuse of a minor under the age of 12, but also for the abuse of a minor under the age of 12 and additionally for child pornography, in the form of production and possession through information systems, with the note that the production is linked to a minor who has not reached the age of 15 and indeed by a person who has been entrusted to look after the minor.
The accused was brought to the courts of Heraklion, while he was given a deadline to apologize tomorrow Good Friday at noon.
