“The video that was spread all over the Internet on June 1 of this year, in which the incident depicted actually took place on April 10 and received an improper legal process, proves one simple thing that the prevalence of impunity leads to such shameful results, negatively affecting not not only on the internal security of the Republic of Armenia, protection of human rights, but also on the power structures, the general security system of the Republic of Armenia and the rating of the latter.

The Republic of Armenia should be a country of rule of law, before which everyone will be equal, regardless of gender, age, position, position. I should also mention that within the framework of the development of the “Moral Code of the Armenian Military” recently organized by the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security Affairs, the discussion packages were also sent to all power structures with the expectation of feedback and active participation, because the value system of MORALITY is not only a priority will be in the Armed Forces, but also in all power structures, in the daily life of every person wearing a uniform, and will eventually have a nationwide character. Only in this way can a stable atmosphere of mutual trust and national solidarity be formed.

Such shameful incidents and this particular incident are another vivid example of the lack of moral code and its application.

I urge all my colleagues in the military structures to be more vigilant and strict, especially in terms of personnel policy and the latter’s selection, giving priority to HIGH HUMAN VALUE SYSTEM and then to professional qualities.”
