The area of ​​apartments in apartment buildings increased by 0.8 percent. and amounted to 46.5 million sq. m, or 42.6 percent. of the total area of ​​the residential apartment fund.

There were mainly two (32.4%) and three (26.6%) room dwellings in the country: in the city – 37.1 and 25% respectively, in the countryside – 23.3 and 29.6% respectively.
