In Minsk, the center of plastic surgery and cosmetology “Center for Aesthetic Medicine Khinevich and K” (Pionerskaya St., 45) is put up for sale. This is the second attempt to sell the medical center. This time it is offered for almost $2.2 million.
The announcement refers to a three-story building in which the medical center for plastic surgery and cosmetology “Center for Aesthetic Medicine Khinevich and K” now operates. Half of the space in it is occupied by tenants in specialized areas (dentistry, chiropractors).
Realtors note that the building can be used as a medical center, as well as for the provision of banking, social and entertainment services.
And they specify that in addition to the building itself, the following documents are transferred upon purchase: a patent, a brand, five perpetual licenses (plastic surgery, cosmetology, general surgery, physiotherapy, anesthesiology and resuscitation), a certificate for hairdressing and personal services for beauty salons.
This is the second attempt to sell the blade (the first was in 2022). Its founder is a famous surgeon Slavomir Khinevich. He owns a worldwide patent for a unique method of liposuction.
