In Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, the ICR initiated a procedural check on the circumstances of stabbing by two teenagers.
As explained to IA “Kam 24” in the TFR, the incident occurred this afternoon on Molchanov Street. Two young men (their age is not specified) were attacked by a guy born in 2003.
“One of the teenagers was stabbed in the abdomen, his friend was injured in the arm. A person involved in the attack has been identified, and now, together with the police, he is being searched for the purpose of arrest,” the investigative department specified.
Investigators are currently at the scene of the incident. Operatively significant information is being collected, and a procedural decision will be made based on the results of the pre-investigation check.
