According to our unofficial information vice-president of the New Left club Carolina Pawlicz she was offered a candidacy from the second place on the lists of the New Left in the Kalisz constituency, which does not correspond to her aspirations. She fears that this position will not guarantee her a parliamentary seat.
The “one”, as we agreed, was to be given to the second member of the party who entered the Sejm from this constituency, i.e. Wieslaw Szczepanski.
We asked Karolina Pawliczak for a comment. “For now, I’m not giving any information on that,” she said late Tuesday evening.
When asked about the place on the future list, Wiesław Szczepański replied that “there is no decision of the party’s national board yet”. – I have declared that I will be a candidate. The board meeting is on June 17, he noted.
– If this information were confirmed and Karolina Pawliczak left our structures, it would not surprise me, but I feel sorry for every person who leaves Nowa Lewica – he added.

In 2019, Szczepański ran for the Sejm from the “one” in the Kalisz district and received over 23,000. votes. Pawliczak from the third place received 14 thousand. votes.

Our unofficial information shows that Karolina Pawliczak is closest to Civic Platform and will want to start from the lists prepared by Donald Tusk.
One thing is certain: four months before the elections, another MP leaves. So far, several people have left the party of Włodzimierz Czarzasty: Hanna Gill-Friday, Monika Pawlowska, Joanna Senyszyn, Gabriela Morawska-Stanecka, Andrzej Rozenek Whether Robert Kwiatkowski.
