According to a recent survey by ZipRecruiter, the number of jobs requiring any degree other than a high school diploma has been steadily declining since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

To find the industries where opportunities for non-degree candidates are increasing the most, LinkedIn researchers analyzed millions of member profiles and job descriptions shared on the platform between 2021 and 2023.

Recruitment for consulting roles has seen significant growth in hiring candidates without a degree in recent years, up 34 percent between 2021 and 2022.
