– Instead of offices on nine floors in Mokotów in the center of Warsaw, flats and apartments for people of Law and Justice, for people of power, were built – KO politicians Dariusz Joński and Michał Szczerba pointed out during a conference devoted to a 19-story building in the center of Warsaw. It is supposed to contain “secret apartments for PiS people”.
In Mokotów, in the center of Warsaw, there is a 19-storey building built by Transportowy Dozor Techniczny for over PLN 100 million. In the skyscraper, on nine floors, there are not only offices, but also 70 apartments, four VIP suites, massage and fitness rooms.

Politicians of the Civic Coalition Dariusz Joński and Michał Szczerba organized a press conference on this issue on Monday. – Instead of offices on nine floors in Mokotów in the center of Warsaw, flats and apartments were built for people of Law and Justice, for people of power – politicians said. – We live in a private PiS state and its satellites, which they treated as their own. They stole them for themselves and their families. They gave people an empty promise of Mieszkanie plus, which ended up flop, and they gave themselves flats and apartments – said Szczerba. – Employees and their families pay for renting a 40-square-metre studio apartment at the headquarters of Transportowy Dozoru Technicznego PLN 22.50 per person-night. The regulations, which may be just fiction, allow not only the closest family of employees, but also parents, siblings, in-laws and cousins to be accommodated in these apartments. All these people, PiS members, use these apartments – said Michał Szczerba during the conference. Politicians said that the apartments can also be used by all persons with the consent of the director.

People have nowhere to live, and the PiS oligarchy wallows in luxuries, in addition almost free– Joński wrote on Twitter. The MP said that the building has exactly 28 rooms with an area of 27 square meters and 42 rooms with an area of 35 square meters. The politician published photos from inside the building.
Offices created especially for conferences. Only four were held in 2020-2022
The floors above the office were to be used for conferences related to road transport. According to the findings of KO deputies, in 2020 one three-day conference was held, a year later none, and in 2022 three meetings were organized, when 4 people stayed overnight. TVN24 reports that the Minister of Infrastructure, Andrzej Adamczyk, who is responsible for TDT, when asked by reporters about this matter, replied that the ministry would check information on this subject, but he did not know anything about it.
