BELGIAN-ITALIAN singer Lara Fabian gave a concert to a full Vatroslav Lisinski hall.

The hall was filled to capacity and many Croats enjoyed her performance.

Lara’s father is Belgian and her mother is Italian. She lived in Sicily until the age of eight, and moved to Quebec in 1991. In 2003, she returned to Brussels to be close to her parents, but in 2017 she returned to Canada permanently.

She is the best-selling Belgian singer. He sings in French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, German and English. In 1988, she represented Luxembourg at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song Croire. She won a high fourth place.
