The former presenter admits that she often does spontaneous shopping. He does not avoid unnecessary expenses, does not look for price promotions and does not wonder where to buy to make it as cheap as possible.
– I am a financial idiot and even years of education and some math skills did not help me. I am extremely wasteful and cannot save at all. Money is meant to be spent immediately, as if it burns my hands – Monika Richardson tells the Newseria Lifestyle agency.
As he emphasizes, he spends money very easily. So if he gets a bigger injection of cash, he absolutely does not hide the banknotes in a sock, but entrusts them to the appropriate institutions so that he does not have direct access to them at any time.
– As soon as I get some more money, and it so happens that I have several Swiss franc lawsuits, and besides, I am at such an age that, unfortunately, my loved ones are starting to die and there are some inheritances, I just get hysterical about it and immediately put this money on some inaccessible accounts and deposits where I can even lose, but at least I know that I won’t spend them – says.
And although many people around her argue that you can develop a habit of saving money, she herself, despite many attempts, cannot acquire such skills.
– I listened to a few lectures by Jakub B. Bączek, I interviewed a few people who deal with finance and money management, but somehow I am resistant, waterproof. I don’t know, maybe I haven’t found the person who will reach me with this information about what to do with money – says.
So when it comes to the finances of her company, Monika Richardson entrusts them to professionals. Thanks to this, he avoids debts, has a guarantee of financial liquidity and knows that everything is in the best order.
– Fortunately, I have enough brains to surround myself with professionals, because I know that I can’t do it myself, so whatever my business I entrust to people who know it. And that is why I have an accountant, a lawyer and other managers in my company, so that this money, in short, does not disappear – says.
After finishing her work on television, the former presenter has been betting on her own business for several years. Her most important professional project is now Richardson School.
– Fortunately, the business is going well, because it seems to me that I have no problem with the idea of starting my own company and with the issues of competence. Everything is fine in this regard, but I wouldn’t do it myself. In my language school, I employ the best and I also teach myself. I do it the best I can and I really don’t give a shit – adds Monika Richardson.
