Today, the bomb threat also concerned the branches of a well-known bank. The police searched branches all over Slovakia.

On Tuesday morning, branches of the General Credit Bank (VÚB) throughout Slovakia were checked for a bomb threat.
Some workplaces of the bank remain closed.
VÚB PR manager Dominik Miša confirmed this for TASR.
Anonymous message
The bank received an anonymous report about the alleged threat in the morning, in cooperation with the police, all necessary measures were subsequently taken.
“Most branches where no threat has been proven are already open for clients,” said Miša.
They also closed the adjacent buildings
The police checked the bomb threat, for example, in Žiar nad Hronom, the adjacent buildings, including the post office, were also closed.
“The police have secured the surroundings of the buildings and are performing all the necessary actions on the spot,” the municipality informed on the social network.
