OPECA: What benefits are paid today, Holy Tuesday – What beneficiaries need to know
Today, Holy Tuesday, April 30, social benefits, amounting to 187,188,594 euros, will be paid by the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, through the supervised Welfare Benefits and Social Solidarity Organization (OPEKA).
As announced by the ministry, the following benefits will be paid:
- Housing Benefit: beneficiaries: 239,583 – 29,191,037 euros
- Minimum Guaranteed Income: beneficiaries 187,324– 41,666,583 euros
- Disability benefits: beneficiaries 186,706 – 86,811,091 euros
- Housing Benefit: beneficiaries 629– 180,178 euros
- Homogenous Allowance: beneficiaries 5,594 – 196,856 euros
- Uninsured Seniors Allowance: beneficiaries 14,783 – 5,553,195 euros
- Social Solidarity Allowance for Seniors: beneficiaries 18,619 – 8,045,427 euros
- Social Solidarity Allowance for the Greek minority in Albania: beneficiaries 12,106 – 3,132,980 euros
- Funeral expenses: beneficiaries 135 – 107,245 euros
- Birth Benefit: beneficiaries 10,119– 11,165,950 euros
- Mountain Disadvantaged Areas Allowance: beneficiaries 14 – 5,700 euros
- Red Loans: beneficiaries 2,528 – 242,748 euros
- Vulnerable debtors: beneficiaries 151 – 31,719 euros
- Protected children of those who died in natural disasters: beneficiaries 11 – 11,000 euros
- Undertaking Allowance: beneficiaries 581 – 284,068 euros
- Personal assistant program: beneficiaries 754 – 556,338 euros
- “GEFYRA” program: beneficiaries 15 – 6,479 euros
