Pachuca criticizes the decision to play two games in 48 hours

The Tuzos of Pachuca will have to push themselves twice as hard this week with two games in 48 hours, which did not leave their coach, the Uruguayan Guillermo Almada, happy at all.

“The capacity for astonishment has no reasoning, this is regrettable (the two games), we are putting the health of the footballer at risk, but those in long pants were not on the field,” commented the Hidalgo strategist.

The Tuzos strategist added that this situation does not fulfill the argument of “making the League grow as they spend their time communicating.”

Almada reiterated that playing two highly demanding games in a period of three days was not a matter of empathy.

“It is common sense, they are purely and exclusively putting the footballers at risk, if a misfortune happens who is going to take charge,” he questioned.

The Tuzos coach made it clear that being professionals they will play both games seriously, but focusing first on America and then on Pumas.

“We are going to face it with the greatest confidence, first tomorrow (today) and then what follows. We are going to face the game like everyone else, try to impose our game, go out searching and try to win the game. and there is a rival that offers things,” stated Almada.

Pachuca will host Pumas on Thursday at 9:15 p.m. at the Hidalgo stadium, 48 hours after, hypothetically, having finished their duel against América de Concachampions.
