PTI leader Mehmood-ul-Rashid, 13 women were sent to jail on judicial remand

Lahore (NNI) The anti-terrorism court of Lahore has sent Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Mahmood-ul-Rashid and 13 women to jail on judicial remand, while Yasmin Rashid’s appeal against the acquittal in the Jinnah House burning case could not be heard.

Judge Abhar Gul Khan of the Anti-Terrorism Court heard the case against container burning and arson at Kalma Chowk. After which the court sent Mehmood-ul-Rashid to judicial remand prison. While 13 women involved in the Jinnah House attack were presented in the Anti-Terrorism Court after completion of physical remand. There is a mill, stolen goods, petrol bombs and other goods are to be recovered, the court should grant further physical remand of the accused.

Rejecting the request of the police, the anti-terrorism court in Lahore sent 13 female accused to judicial remand for 14 days. On the other hand, in the Lahore High Court, Yasmin Rashid’s appeal against the acquittal in the Jinnah House attack case was heard. Couldn’t do it because of the list. The police had brought PTI leader Yasmin Rashid to the court, the court had asked for the record of the case from the investigating officer. It should be remembered that the Punjab government filed an appeal against the discharge of Dr. Yasmin Rashid from the Jinnah House burning case. kept
