According to the press service of the Belarusian President, on June 1, Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 161, which simplifies the procedure for registering traditional Chinese medicine in the Republic of Belarus.
The decree provides for the introduction of a simplified procedure for the state registration of dietary supplements produced in the People’s Republic of China for their circulation in the country.
As was clarified by the presidential press service, the main goal of the innovations is “popularization and availability of traditional Chinese medicine for Belarusian citizens“.
In addition, the presidential decree provides for the creation of simplified conditions for the provision of medical services using medicines, methods and medical devices registered in the PRC and in other states.with a developed regulatory system in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals“, on the territory of the “Great Stone”.
At the same time, it was noted that the medical services that will be provided by the residents of the “Great Stone” with the application of the provisions of the decree will be included in the list of VMI facilities.
