The human losses in the war are high – on both sides. However, various observers assume that the number of casualties in the Russian ranks significantly exceeds those in the Ukrainian army. So Moscow always needs new soldiers to join Putin’s troops.

Videos of Russian fighters from Ukraine have appeared several times who report catastrophic conditions or even explicitly warn against taking up the offer from the recruiting offices. The soldiers and their families also accuse the men of being burned as “cannon fodder.”

“Flowers will be brought to our gravestones for centuries. The name of each fighter will be engraved on commemorative plaques.”
