The eleventh congress of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businessmen – the Liberal-Democratic Party of Uzbekistan began at the Congress Hall complex in Tashkent.

Delegates from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent are taking part in it. Presidential candidate Shavkat Mirziyoyev is speaking at the congress.
At the event, Shavkat Mirziyoyev introduces his election program. It consists of five strategic goals.
The first is education, that is, creating suitable conditions for each person to realize his potential.
First of all, by 2030, the need for preschool education will be fully covered and coverage will be 100%. Kindergartens and schools are fully supplied with filtered drinking water. It is necessary to create additional 2.5 million student places in schools in the next 7 years. For this purpose, the program “Yiliga 500 thousand student places” will be implemented.
Additional benefits are provided for private education. Construction of schools on the basis of public-private partnership will be widely introduced. Primary school students are fully provided with educational tablets.
School buses will run free of charge in remote areas. In the next seven years, teachers who are “linguists” from abroad will be brought to all schools.
