Terms for subscription to Norway TODAY
1 Introduction
These conditions apply to orders and purchases of subscriptions to Norway Today, cf. point 3.
You must be over 15 years of age to register.
The agreement is binding for both parties when Norge TODAY has registered your order.
2. The contracting parties

3. The subscription includes
The subscription gives access to Norge IDAG’s content. With a total subscription, you get access to the paper newspaper, all articles on idag.no and the e-newspaper via computer, mobile phone and tablet. With an online subscription, you get access to all articles on idag.no and the e-newspaper via computer, mobile phone and tablet.
4. Delivery and user access
The paper newspaper is delivered to your stated address. You are obliged to ensure satisfactory marking at the place of delivery. Any changes to the place of delivery take place on terms explained in more detail on our website. The paper newspaper is published on Fridays.
5. Rights
The login details are personal and cannot be shared with others.
If you share your login details in violation of this, Norge IDAG reserves the right to close your access to Norge IDAG with immediate effect without you being entitled to compensation.
6. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing Norge ITAG online, you have the right to cancel in accordance with the provisions of the Right of Cancellation Act.
The right of withdrawal form accompanies the order confirmation when ordering the subscription. You then have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying Norge TODAY within 14 days after the cancellation form has been received. Notification should be given in writing.
If the subscription is implemented and Norge IDAG is available to you during the period in which the right of withdrawal can be exercised, you must pay for the period in which you have received or had access to Norge IDAG.
7. Personal data
Norge IDAG stores and uses information about name, e-mail, address and telephone number, as well as information about any other bill payer.
By accepting these terms of use, you consent to Norge IDAG’s processing of your personal data.
The information is used by Norge IDAG to carry out and administer the contractual relationship, and for Norge IDAG to obtain greater knowledge about the users in order to be able to develop and improve its products and subscription benefits.
The information will also be used to send you direct marketing inquiries via your e-mail address or mobile phone on behalf of Norge TODAY.
The information can also be disclosed to third parties to the extent that it is necessary for Norge TODAY to carry out the agreement with you, or in statutory cases.
You have the right to access the information that Norway TODAY has registered about you. We ask that you contact us to correct any information that turns out to be incorrect. You can demand that the information be deleted at any time, if it is no longer necessary to carry out the contractual relationship between you and Norge IDAG.
You are obliged to keep Norge TODAY updated about changes of address or any other changes in the subscription relationship. Such changes can be called into Norway TODAY or sent by e-mail to abonnant@idag.no.
8. Prices
All stated prices include delivery in Norway and any VAT. For shipments outside Norway, special conditions apply.
Norge TODAY reserves the right to change the price of your ongoing subscription. In the event of a price change, the new price will apply from the time of payment for the next subscription period.
9. Payment
The subscription must be paid in advance according to the invoice depending on the subscription period you have chosen, possibly deducted from your account/credit card if you have chosen such a payment method.
If you wish to enter into an agreement on direct debit, contact your bank connection.
10. Non-appearance and delay
In the event of a delay or non-delivery of the paper newspaper, Norway TODAY has the right to re-deliver it the next day.
Delay or non-delivery of the paper newspaper does not give rise to a claim to an extension of the subscription period or any other form of credit as long as the newspaper is still delivered or is available to you digitally.
Only the paper newspaper can be stopped temporarily. If a total system failure at Norge IDAG means that the newspaper cannot be delivered either as a paper newspaper or in digital format, you are entitled to have the subscription period extended by the corresponding number of days that the delivery is not delivered.
11. Subscription duration and termination
Norway Today offers subscriptions with different durations.
Annual subscriptions have a minimum duration of 12 months and run until terminated.
Half-year subscriptions have a minimum duration of 6 months and run until terminated.
Quarterly subscriptions have a minimum duration of 3 months and run until terminated.
Monthly subscriptions have a minimum duration of one month and run until cancelled.
The 24-hour digital subscription runs for 24 hours after purchase and stops automatically after 24 hours.
You can cancel your subscription to Norway TODAY at any time. Termination should be in writing and non-payment is not considered termination.
Norge TODAY can offer other subscription periods in campaigns.
12. Changes to the agreement
These conditions apply from the conclusion of the agreement between you and Norge IDAG and until new terms and conditions are published on the idag.no website. Regarding changes in price, refer to point 8.
