The Czech company IceWarp, which supplies companies or authorities with its own package of cloud office applications, has succeeded in the approval procedure of the Chilean government and will be able to supply its services to Chilean state authorities. The company announced this in a press release.
“Our authorized partner in Chile is one of the approved providers that can supply software to government entities. Thanks to this, IceWarp is now an approved supplier and through our partner we can sell our solutions to government organizations throughout Chile,” explains the company’s manager Adam Badenhorst.
IceWarp is not new to the country. “For 15 years, we have been providing collaboration solutions to the Chilean State Police. The IceWarp e-mail client is thus used daily by 80,000 members of the Carabineros de Chile,” the company describes. It was also successful with state authorities, for example in Malaysia. The company also operates its data center in Chile and plans to expand further in the South American region.
IceWarp offers an alternative to office packages such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Its solution includes e-mail, calendar, tools for managing and sharing documents or chat.
