The expert told how the primary real estate market will change in June

In June, the situation on the primary market is unlikely to change radically, especially with respect to the pricing policy of developers.

According to the expert, in June the price situation will remain stable: slight fluctuations in the cost of a square meter are possible on the market – within 1-1.5% in hryvnia, and they will primarily depend on the stage of readiness of a residential complex, its location, area of ​​apartments, etc.

Price stability in the primary market will depend on 3 important factors:
low inflation rate (since the beginning of the year, inflation in the country has been less than 4%) and, accordingly, the exchange rate (since May, a rather optimistic tendency has been recorded to freeze the cash rate, which is only 2-2.5% higher than the official one),
demand for specific objects,
the cost of building materials and construction and installation works.
Earlier it was reported that since June 1, electricity has risen in price.
